Our contribution:
- Designed, implemented and supervised rail transport project operations for more than 8 OOG units
- Performed market research and prepared a transport strategy by identifying all possible routes via Black Sea
region and recommend the optimal solution, specifying infrastructure constraints, risk and associated costs.
- Found, analyzed and arranged procurement of transportation services from service providers in the markets of Georgia and 1520mm countries,
including mobilization of special transporter-wagons.
