Multimodal road/rail/sea delivery of factory equipment to Uzbekistan from Czech Republic via Poti, Georgia.
Our contribution:
- Designed, implemented and supervised rail transport project operations for 5 units
- Performed market research and prepared a transport strategy by identifying all possible routes via Black Sea
region and recommend the optimal solution, specifying infrastructure constraints, risk and associated costs.
- Found, analyzed and arranged procurement of transportation services from service providers in the markets of European Union, Georgia and gauge 1520mm countries
including mobilization of special transporter-wagons.
- Developed technical plan of loading, lashing and securing the cargo for safe transportation as per Railway undertaking requirements.
- Consulted on all phases of the project, including ramp-up period and day-to-day operations, as well as financial account settlements
